Individual Counselling

Free counseling for 2S/LGBTQIA+ and/or IBPOC youth (12-24) in the Okanagan.

Peer Support

Our peer support staff, Steph, provides short-term, non-clinical support and case management.

Our therapeutic groups provide 2S/LGBTQIA+ and/or IBPOC youth with a space to share experiences, connect with peers, & engage in discussions on different topics facilitated by group programmers.

Group Programming

Gender Affirming Wear Program

This Space has partnered with QMUNITY’s Gender Supportive Wear (GSW) Program which, “provides free new and used gender-affirming wear to trans and gender-variant youth ages 14-25 who reside in BC, Canada and are unable to attain these garments otherwise”.

This Space is Kelowna’s Fitting room, meaning you can order certain wear for free (ie. binders, tape, packers, gaffs, breast forms etc) to be shipped to you through QMUNITY’s program!

Workshops, Consultations & Training

This Space offers workshops, consultations, and training to promote inclusivity and support for 2S/LGBTQIA+ and IBPOC communities. We equip individuals, educators, healthcare professionals, and parents with the skills to create safer, affirming spaces.

Topics include:

  • Affirming Care (schools, healthcare, etc.)

  • Gender-Affirming Language

  • Supporting Queer Youth & Families

  • Anti-Racism & Safer Environments

  • Mental Health & Sexual Health

  • Sexual Violence & Disclosures

  • Guest Lecturing (e.g., Social Work, Gender Studies)
